It was a lovely Sabbath at OCC.
Upon entering the sanctuary we were greeted with a nicely set table with communion dishes and emblems.
Then Lori started out the study part of church with the discussion of the last lesson of the quarter - The Ultimate Rest.
For the next part of the service the Reflections Team lead the music. Tammy was the platform person and announced what would happen next. The glue that put the service together.
Heidi had a very interesting personal story.
Then Joel read the scripture.
It was very wonderful to watch a baptism of two sisters. Pastor Josue had studied with these two young people, who go to the academy, for the last year.
We welcome Mariah and Mereedes to Orchard City So thrilled to have you as members.
Pastor Josue had a short sermon and illustrated with the challah bread and the use of his Dad's Bible.
After the communion we sang and hymn.
