Service on Nov 19th 2022 at OCC

 This Sabbath was a time to Praise Jesus for all He has done for us.  

Glenda lead the lesson discussion time and as often happens the time disappeared so quickly and it was time for the mission spotlight to be shown. 

So glad for the children that were there this Sabbath and that they participated made it even nicer. 

Praise Time was by Beverly and Alex.  Beverly had just returned from her adventure to Panama and was still feeling the effects of all the plane rides but she was there smiling and doing her part. 

A song picked for the children but adults like it too. 

Next came the Children's story and it was great to have children there. 

Thank you Lori for the story. 

A very important young person to help where needed.  Thank you.  

Scripture and Prayer followed. 

Then someone offered to have special music as there was no one else there for it. 

So sweet and nice that he offered and walked up by himself bravely and happily. 

Thank you young man. 

Alex had the sermon and seemed extra happy because his mum was there to listen.

The theme of Alex's talk... God's love and His desire to save us.

After church greeting ...

It is always wonderful to have special guests join us at OCC and also older members who do not get out as often as they would like.  

It is so nice of everyone to take time to make them feel part of the group. 

Fellowship time outdoors even in the snow. 

And look, is our little bush sending out the little starts of growth?
