Christmas Eve at OCC

Karen had a vision ... to have a Christmas Eve service at OCC.

It was a lot of planning on her part but it ended with a church full of people who enjoyed the short, sweet program.

While David read a version of The Christmas Story, people from the audience brought up a battery lighted candle to represent shepherds or wisemen etc.

A few different musical pieces were shared and at the close there was visiting and oranges or nuts or candy canes to consume.

Thank your Karen for your vision and carry through.

It was delightful.

First Sabbath in January 2025

Yes there was snow for this first Sabbath in the New Year.  2025!!

Children's Story time.

It is so nice to have both piano and organ playing for church time.
Thank you, ladies.

Camden playing a piano piece for Special Music.
She was very willing.
The little video of a children choir singing the words was not able to be played.

Kay-Anna and her dad having Scripture and Prayer.  A great team.

Thank you, David for the talk about Jesus being sinless yet taking all of our sins,,, each and every one of them for we all have sins that need to be forgiven and He takes them all on Him and gives us life everlasting.

What a gracious gift. The best gift of all.

In the evening some got together for some bowling time.

16 joined in... Dave E was the all time best scorer.  But he did not brag once.

Just played his best.

It was fun.

Thanks for coming.

She did get a Spare, just not sure if it was this time.

Actually they all did really great.

Oh, at 8 p.m. those lights came on and then we had to try a little harder, at least some of us had to try to see better.

Yes, he played... with help from the older children.
