Freedom Singers Benefit Concert

 On Tuesday evening at 6 pm in the Ritland SDA church the Freedom Singers presented a beautiful concert to help raise funds for Jamaica.

We really enjoyed hearing Simon and Steven along with their friend Tim Parton share music together again.

These barrels need to be filled with clothing or food items, diapers or blankets  canned goods with pop tops or batteries.  So many things people can use like flashlights or washcloths after a storm rips through you country and city.

Thankful for the funds raised.

Thankful for the songs sung. 

December 6th Breakfast at Church

 At 8 o'clock when arriving at OCC to make sure things were set up for breakfast at 8:30 cars were already there.

Liza and Doug had tables ready and lights on. 

Loretta arrived next and I found out Kevin had already been there to shovel off the steps etc.

What a bunch of helpful people.

Others came soon afterwards and soon the food table was full. 

We enjoyed our time together and no we did not eat all the food.

Join us next time hopefully the 4th Dabbath in January 24th.

After we chatted a bit and shared stories of God s care over us while driving we started our lesson time with prayer. 

It was a very nice way to start our time at church.
