Vegetarian Entree Meal - April 17th, 2011

Carol Stickle and Myrna Tetz cooked up a great idea and invited the ladies of Orchard City Church to a late afternoon meal of delicious vegetarian entrees and salads. Carol hosted the event at her home and we all enjoyed the beautiful table settings as well as the tasty food. Before we ate, each lady showed her entree and explained how it was made. Copies of the recipes were given to each person so they could try the different roasts and casseroles at home. The visiting that took place was lively and the food was first rate. Thanks so much for the wonderful afternoon, Carol and Myrna!
