Each Sabbath we are greeted by friends at the door.
We enjoy a special Sabbath School program.
Small class lesson study time comes next.
Praise time, children's song, story and offering are some of the times when everyone is involved.
Special music, prayer and scripture, and then the sermon make for a wonderful meeting time with our God.

Tyler got the camera quickly to try to get a couple of shots of our church family singing "Family - we are family" for the children's song today. Didn't have time to change lenses. |

Thanks, Ty! |

Grama and grandson share in singing the opening song.
Then my memory card was full. |
Later we enjoyed a really nice time at Sutherland Hills with our friends there.
At least 14 of the OCC church members were there along with two of their pet pups.
Just took a small sampling on my phone of what it was like this afternoon at the nursing home.

Thanks for bringing your flute along, Julie. Bonnie played the piano for us all to enjoy. |

Doug always gets the microphone out and set up, and the song books passed to the people. |

Mo is fun to watch and people love to see her there spreading her sunshine. |

Wow, lovely pictures of the resident eagles! So neat that they are nearby for members to watch. Just loved seeing the OCC family singing the "Family" song, too!
ReplyDeleteIt is so wonderful to see all the nature up at our little church.
DeleteThe Family song was so nice too.
It was so great to see the bald eagle at church! Such a majestic bird!
ReplyDeleteIt really was a treat!!
DeletePat is crazy about seeing eagles in the wild. He will probably want to come to church just to view out the window to see them.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the eagles will be back again this Sabbath.
DeleteThey make a beautiful scene swooping over the pond.
One was sitting on the edge of the pond for awhile too.
So interesting to watch.
Yes, Pat should come and watch.
