Bob W., Don Q. and Bob W. all did their share to have the food ready to serve.
Right after the meal was cleaned up, Orchard City Church held a short business meeting.
Roland S. shared a Bible verse and Pastor Bob had the worship thought and prayer.
Roland makes us smile with his pleasant dry humour |
Our business meetings are not boring |
More smiles and laughs |
After the business meeting ended the clean-up work bee started.
Lots of cleaning was done and so many people helped out.
So nice to see everyone working together.

Four men needed to lift the dolly |
We need cups for the water!! |
Terry P. does his part |
Break time for Regine, Lori and Ruby, to have some of the leftover orange juice from breakfast. They worked hard on the kitchen - cleaning and organizing it. |
Dave B. and Roland wonder about the tree maybe? |
I saw Roland with several different jobs to do. This was one of them. |
Duane and Arnie change a light bulb (or maybe two or three) in the sanctuary |
Pastor Bob, Don, Arnie Sr., and Doug L. problem solve |
Paul B. works on the tool shed |
Regine scrubs the oven |
Don brought the dolly to move the tool shed away from the window in the Kid's Corner |
Dave B. still can smile big even after all the work. As head deacon, I am sure he is pleased with all the willing workers. |
Handyman Tom S. works on the tool shed What a beautiful setting for a pretty little church and church family to come home to each Sabbath. |
Sounds like I missed a lot of fun!! But I had my hands full in Ahmic Harbour, Ontario where we were helping my little brother Victor to get his 18th century house turned into a Gallery. I was tired and ready for home. See you all tomorrow. ~Sylvia
