This Past Weekend - November 18th

When a person enters OC Church at 9:20 or so singing can be heard coming from the sanctuary.
This sounds inviting and beautiful.  A big thanks goes to our choristers and musicians as they sing and play organ and piano to lead the congregation in praise time.

This Sabbath Liza had our SS about the Monarch Butterfly.
The Monarch Caterpillar eating Milkweed

She shared with us about True North and how we should follow the Bible as our True North to guide us Home.

Prayer groups at the beginning of SS class so we can pray for the requests that have been spoken.

Doug led the class discussion this time.

Kelly made an appeal for Canadian Tire dollars for the Pathfinder Club.  They are collecting money and having different events to earn money so they can go to Oshkosh, Wisconsin for the Pathfinder Camporee.

Someone likes to sing out of the chorus book.

Dave shares a story about a beautiful cow and her new born calf.

Getting the rest of us to participate and then to let the children answer... :)

Special Music group brings us a lovely song to bring us to the sermon time.

Emily was the speaker  and she spoke from her heart about her mission field being right here where she is.

To close the service we joined her playing by singing "I'll Go Where You Want Me to Go Dear Lord"
for some that might be right where they are.
Thank you, Emily.

This side of the pond has ice starting to form... where are the turtles now? Not on their log.

The classrooms downstairs have been carpeted and are now being painted.  Things are looking clean and bright.

An emptied out VBS storage room.
