Parkview Adventist Academy student Colby Sackett has died in a vehicle accident just outside Beiseker, Alberta. Colby Sackett, an 18-year-old grade 12 student from Beiseker, Alberta, was the lone occupant of the vehicle when the accident occurred after 9:00 PM February 14, 2019. Colby was on his way home for the holiday long weekend.
Counsellors, Chaplains and Pastors have been made available to the staff and students of PAA. Students wishing to access a counsellor can contact the Student Success Center directly at 403-782-3381 ext 4141. There are also pastors and counsellors in the dorm throughout the day today starting at 9:00 AM. This evening at 7:00 PM there will be a gathering in the dorm for anyone wishing to attend.
Colby's parents are Kerry and Scott Sackett.
It was Colby's 18th birthday yesterday and his mum, Kerry's is today.
Such sadness.
