Sabbath June 24th at OCC

Come along with us as we go back to last Sabbath.

Songs, story and lesson study are all part of worship as well as is listening to the sermon.

Last weekend the Pastor was on double duty as he shared thoughts from the lesson study as well as gave the sermon.

Nice to see him be animated while he talks about Heavenly things.

Tammy was the platform person of the morning and she told us of announcements and such.

Bob plays such a mellow sound on his saxophone... it helps everyone sing out.

Joel is steady and loyal. Many Sabbaths Joel is up front and doing his best to praise the Lord with his music.
Todd adds to the group with his bass guitar music.  He was on double duty too... thankfully Tammy served double duty also.

Denise is missing her friends up singing with her but she does great smiling and singing with the group.
Praise Time is joyful.
The kids young and older enjoyed a verse of There is a Flag Flying High From the Castle of My Heart.

Beverly moved away from dog stories this time to telling about Canada's largest mammal and smallest.
The largest is a Bison and the smallest is a shrew.

Denise sang a wonderful song... I will Talk to My Father for You.

The Rahab story by video and by the sermon was a very good talk to hear.
Rahab.  What was her identity?
There are many stories told in the Bible about men and it seems they are put in pretty good light even if they had struggles getting to obeying and trusting God fully.
In this story Rahab is mentioned by name.
Her name is found in James and in Hebrews.
Let's remember Rahab for her faith in Jesus.

Telling us about Rahab.

Making paperclip chains.

Loretta and jerrie Lou held the class for the children today and did a great job.

A story about a boy and a Russian doll experience.

A tanning turtle on the log...

Closing hymn...
Two deacons chat after church.

Thank you for coming and taking part in OCC SS and Church.

Everyone gets excited when they see the sign up.

Starting on Monday Bible Day Camp is going ahead full steam with lots of excited children.
