Sabbath July 1st

 A very lovely summer Sabbath a couple of days before VBS began.

SS and church went ahead as planned with a very interesting video sermon presented.

Lori had an animal story for the children  and we all enjoyed it.

In the early afternoon we met at Joy and Warren's home for a Canadian themed fellowship meal... their front yard was calm and cool.  Such good visiting and eating took place.

The little one in the last photo stole everyone's heart...especially mine.  

It takes much planning, emails, messages, phone calls, announcements and cooking to have this kind of Sabbath come together.

Thank you to all who put forth the effort in each area to provide Sabbath delight each week.

VBS 2023 or Bible Day Camp

 Summer is here and VBS is completed. 

The week came and went so quickly I only got to visit one day but that day sure did seem to be full of fun for the many children. 

Shannon was the key person along with her mother, Cherri.  Jerrie Lou and Edith took up their post at the snack department and I know there were others helping in the Bible story room and Pastor Josue down at the pond with helpers Levi and Cody with the games. 

September Sabbath the 2nd 2023

Orchard City, at study and then in Praise and Worship is a good place to be.

Jerrie Lou s bright smile and story puts everyone at ease.

It is so wonderful for children to feel like  other adults care about them and are glad to see them at church.

She enjoys her turn to take up an offering.

Beverly faithfully does her part.  She sure does add to our  service.

What a warm smile he shares as he takes up the main offering.

It was so lovely to have Sharon at OCc this Dabbath to share a beautiful song with us. 

Before she sang she asked us to look up the words to this beautiful hymn.

Duane had scripture and prayer just before the sermon

Jud W shared sp many good experiences and thoughts with us about the work at Angel One. Thos flying ministry helps so many.

Sabbath at OCC August 11th 2023

 After a great campmeeting...

OCC was open again and full of happy people. 

 Alex had the lesson discussion followed by Mission Spot Light.

Tammy and Lea got the singing going and we learned a Spanish verse of Open Our Eyes Lord.  Then a children s song.  One Tammy wrote and the Primary class learned at camp meeting.

Children s story was next told by Glenda...Lauren's request...Guess Who Saw the King.
