This past Sabbath a memorial was held for our friend Arlene Janot, at Winfield SDA Church at 2 pm.
It was a beautiful family lead service with those personal touches that made it just about that special person so many will miss now.
Kandus planned this to honor her dear Mumma and the wonderful God she loved and served in many personal and unique ways.
Brad mentioned each greatgrandchild in his talk and invited each one to be ready for Jesus return.
Thank you for sharing this special time among family and friends.
Pastor Josue Molina welcomed everyone to Winfield church.
Special relationships come from years of experiences with their Oma.
A lovely piece played by two grandchildren on viola and cello.
Scripture read by great grandson.
Brad had a talk about relationships with her God and her family especially her husband and friends.
Sisters each talked about her organization and cleverness at getting out of dish doing.
Friends shared special thoughts about times spent with Arlene.
Her newest Bible all underlined and colour referenced.
The pink carnations and the lavender programs plus other personal touches helped us see the kind of person Arlene was.
After the service a light reception was enjoyed by those who stayed.
It was a nice time to speak with others there and give a hug or two.
One happy day we will not shed any more tears or say good bye.
