Sabbath Jan 31st

Occ started with a lovely prayer time.

Tell us if you want prayer for you or someone in your family.

Shining as Lights in the Night was the title of the 5th lesson in this quarter.

It was such a great lesson. How are we true Christians reflecting God s light like the moon 🌙 reflects the sun 🌞?

Kay-Anna and Liza came up to pick the real orange juice.  We can say we are Christians but others can tell how real we are.

The bottle of 100% orange juice.
Karen does  very nice up front on her Sabbaths.
So great for there to be willing people to play on their weekend.

Young ladies waiting for their turn to lead Praise Time.

They picked interesting and different songs for us to worship with.j

So great to have these young girls be so involved...Orchard City was started for this reason...Rutland church was so crowded and OCC became the church for young people to be known and learn leadership.

David started the church service time with a nice entry into the Seeds of Kindness  topic.
He shared about how as he was going to help at the Gospel Mission and a  person from there who was living there welcomed him as a fellow housemate.

Glenda shared about a time when she had to decide to obey God leading in public.

Joy shared of a few times when she was shown mercy and love ❤️.
Doug told of how kindness to someone difficult to work with was noticed and kindness returned.
Kerressa told of a friend she gave some kind sharing with several years ago and just lately heard of how much she appreciated it.
Karen shared about when her mum was shopping and walking up in Rutland and fell really hurting herself and how people came to support her and help her.

It was a so nice to think about kind caring times in our lives.
