Sabbath June 20th at OCC

It was a beautiful Sabbath at OCC.

The blessing starts as you come in the doors. 

Smiles or hugs or handshakes are given according to your preference.

Sabbath School is such an important time of the morning and each one who comes and joins in is very appreciated.

It was great to see the visitors join too.

Greeted with a rainbow.

Mission Spotlight. 

After Sabbath School is Praise Time and a member from long ago played the organ with Vicki...beautiful to hear.

Children s song always bring smiles.

Joy put together a very joyful and lovely Father s Day sideshow with Doug s help. 

She collected little video clips and photos of dad's with their children.

Duane read the scripture and had prayer. 

Chaplin Kevin was our speaker.

His talk on What it is to be a Christian Man was excellent. 

Many subjects were brought up that do t often get discussed. 

Thank you Kevin.  I asked if he could tell it all over at the meal and I was told to come to SonValley this Sabbath as he is having it there and it will be recorded.

But don't leave yet....lunch is ready.

Gerry brought a card she had been given awhile ago...some great names in there of students in a class she must have helped with.  Seems luke she was well loved.

Thank you plant planters.  We notice these things. 

I went inside the sanctuary to get "my treasure" used for a SS illustration.  I saw these young ones there and said they had a very short time to hunt for the treasure. 

They did not take long to hunt for and find it.

So glad for their energy and zeal.
