Right after the opening song, " Christ for the World" and prayer, Jersey read a mission story and did very well. Then we had a 2-minute Spotlight on Missions story that was done by children for children.
All four of the superintendents had a part in the program too. Carol and Paul were narrator 1 and 2 and as they spoke the children walked up the aisle holding the flag they had made and brought to church.
When Lori had her part the child with the flag of the country being told about walked up on the stage.
What wonderful work each child did with the flag they chose to make.
The countries that were featured this quarter were:
China
Mongolia
Japan
North Korea
South Korea
Taiwan
Here are some photos to help you see our morning.

So wonderful to see pictures from a 13th Sabbath program again! I always enjoyed those programs when I was a kid and it's nice to see the children at our church now also being involved! They all made great flags!!
