Recap of Sabbath January 10th 2026

 Sabbath School with Alex as teacher for the class was excellent.

The 2nd lesson in the new series on Phillipians and Colossians.

Mission Spotlight highlighted a project that we can help on 13th Sabbath.

Karen leading the Praise Time while Denis played the piano and Joel.and Todd played too.

We sang mostly out of our red chorus book which was nice to do. 

Church goes so well with everyone doing their part.

Thanks to Doug for filling in for Joy who was sick. 

Sherika telling and inviting us to AY after potluck at 3:30 pm today.

These sisters encourage me by just being here and worshipping with us.  Lovely people. 

A new sermon series on the book of Revelation.

Today it was focused in the first 8 verses.

Pastor encourages us to get a new notebook for this series and cone each week to take in the whole set.

Also to find a companion book on Revelation to read at home.

Following the service was fellowship meal downstairs.

Liza and friends did a great job of having the hot food ready and served a great meal.

We did miss Jerrie Lou and Vicki and Joy and Warren and Bonnie and Doug and Lori and Arnie.  Please get well soon for those who are sick.

Liza and Loretta and Edith and maybe more are very capable and quietly made things go ahead and we enjoyed the mornings.

Several of us went to Arlene Janot s memorial in Winfield church so did not get to join in the 1st AY but I hear it is also next Sabbath afternoon too.
