Wintry Sabbath at OCC

January 25th had lots happen at OCC.

Glenda had the SS and Ruby shared the mission story which was excellent - about how one baptism became 8.

Ruby with the Mission Story

Thank you, Vicki. It was beautiful played and gave our hearts a swell of love for Our Father.

Then Vicki played a solo piano piece that brought us to thoughts of our great Father.
"Our Father, Who Art in Heaven" was the piece she played.  The little story to go along with this was about an island in the Canary Islands where the people whistle to communicate.
It works well for them and sounds like the song of a bird to hear.
Prayer is our way to communicate with Our Father.  He hears us and He is wanting to listen to us any time we want to communicate with Him.

There was one lesson group as Lori was not feeling well.
Angela had a lot of discussion on this lesson in Daniel.

Come to SS and enjoy a time where every one can participate.  Angela led this study time.  Thank you, Angela.

In the older children's SS teacher Cherri  has the children busy with different hands on ideas.

In the younger children's classroom they are enjoying all the animal puppets and stuffies as they learn about them.
