The sanctuary is a place for us to meet and thank God for the many good things He provides for us and let Him know of our deepest needs and desires.

Join in if you can.

Then lesson study begins.  This past weekend Lori was back and had the adult discussion.

Mission Spotlight came right after followed by prayer to one Sabbath Scool.

Dave was up front for announcements before the rest of Praise Time.

Praise Time resumed and ended with Children s song...I May Never March...

Jameson and Jacob came up to talk about World Pathfinder Day.

Children's story by Glenda told of a young boy who worked hard at a big chore and did a great job. He was paid for it and was soon after able to purchase a new bike.  Being responsible and reliable feels good.

Doug had the scripture and prayer and just before that Delisha sang our Special music.

Our speaker for the morning, Karl J. came from Montrael and had a rousing sermon.
He was later on part of the Global Mission Outreach vespers at Kelowna church.

Terry Johnson series of meetings in Paula New Guinea.. his nephew, and many many were baptized

You can watch it on You Tube.

Because of this word...grace,  religions are separated.

We say he dances with grace.

We ask for grace ...with pity for mercy.

We are saved by grace.

Only the Bible explains best the Bible.

Jesus explained things with stories.

2 Samuel 9: 1

And David said.

That is all it says.

Who speaks in the Bible  speaks with authority.

If he has a degree or has credentials.

But you can talk from the experience you have.

David wants to show kindness.

Verse 3 says   it is the

Kindress of God.

It means grace.

David is in the position to talk of grace.

He made mistakes.  He knew about grace. Psalm 51 and 32.

He had deep guilt.

Don't find excuses for doing the bad but do the good.

David confessed and he was covered by grace.

Tell you A secret...born adventist. What sins could Karl repent of?

14 years old...what sin could Karl confess?  He did not have the experience.

David and Jonathan were such great friends.

David and Jonathan  had a very strong friendship...he wanted to save him from his angry father wanting to kill him.

Don't forget my family.

Best friends in  the world forget sometimes.

He wanted to show Zeeba the kindness of God.

One little lame son.

Ludibah...a place where nothing grows.

Mephibosheth was dropped and became lame.

Handicapped children were not kept safe.

Isolated.

Dogs are fulfledged citizens in Canada.

If you don't walk your dog twice a day you can be reported in England.

Other places dogs are not treated well.

You are a dog you are nothing in this story.

Verse 7 I will surely....

He had a change of status. I will show you the kindness of God

Grace.

We are brothers and sisters of God.

Are we all.sons and daughters of God?

Right on the grounds of creation.

There is a no too.

Only Christ is the only unique son.

We become children of God through baptism.

We are saved by grace and that is amazing.

Amazing Grace.

Scandal  of forgiveness.

Phillip Yancey

God saved us while sinners.

A man said he could not accept God died for him

He wanted to do it for himself.

So if your heart or liver are going bad.  You need a new heart or liver.

Will you accept the new heart or say not I can so it myself.

Sins abound but grace is even more.

We are saved by grace.

We look at others with their feet covered with the tablecloth  of grace.

Grace is Amazing.

Thank you everyone for the lovely lunch served after the service.

Helpful boys put chairs in place.

Someone was busy having autumn decorations put up inside and out.  Thank you Shirley.

Last Sabbath..September 14th

Prayer Time at 9:30 for a short 20 minutes with lovely people gathered.

Lesson discussion was lively and interesting. A good sharing and learning time.

Announcements and Praise time.

Jody shared about the prayer requests from Family Fun Day and asked us to pray for those.

Delisha and Kevin and daughter were great song leaders.

Following the Praise was children's song and story.

Jody told a story from her family that was very interesting.  The value of prayer  was the key.

Children s offering came next and then they went outside for children s church.

David had the Special Music and played a touching piano solo.  We usually see him accompanying Peter on violin but this time it was David featured.
It really was a lovely musical tribute.
Thank you to Beverly for asking him.

Pastor Molina had the sermon. Fellowship Meal was truly enjoyed with so much food to try.

It was Jerrie Lou s birthday and someone brought her a cute cake.

After Pastor Josue preached the closing song was Come and Abide in Me.

We came downstairs for the delicious fellowship meal.

So nice everyone brings enough food to feed the group well.

It was a beautiful Sabbath, Sept 14th and Jerrie Lou s birthday. Thoughtful friends brought her a small cake with candles.

In the evening vespers at Rutland church was from the Pathfinders, sharing about their time in Gillette.

Honors taken seemed to be a favourite activity there in Gillette and pin trading.

After vespers Pathfinders showed their pin books.

A very lovely Sabbath. 7
