Sabbath at OCC in September

 Hello Everyone

We started a new beginning to the Sabbath School this Sabbath.

After the many wonderful meeting at Camp Meeting this summer that talked of prayer time being such an important part of our lives and one speaker telling amazing stories when they got together at church to just pray we had to try it too.

At 9:30 am several people arrived to join in a prayer circle and share our thoughts woth Jesus and each other.

It was a beautiful time of pausing and this coming Sabbath we wish the circle to include even more people.

Just a reminder to come in quietly to the sanctuary and come near the group to join the this special 20 minutes before the lesson study begins at 9:50 am.

Alex led the lesson discussion.
It is very interesting to see him draw much.of the lesson on the white board.

Thank you Alex.

The Mission Spotlight was very interesting as it was this lovely song with excellent words.

Thank you very much for coming in the sanctuary quietly so we could all hear the message of this sweet song.

The Currie Family had the Praise Time and we enjoyed singing great hymns.
So nice for the whole family to be up together.
Thank you very much.

Doug had a great story to share for children story time.

He shared about raise a baby crow for a short time when they lived in Lacombe. The crow was so cute, Doug said, and really smart too.
God s creatures are fascinating.
Doug told us a crow can have the intelligence of a 7 year old child...

So glad they joined us this Sabbath.
