This was the last Sabbath of the year.
I was not well this Sabbath and so Don took a few pictures of the Sabbath for me on his little camera. He missed the one of John and Teri Reeve having the lesson study for everyone upstairs. I wish I could have been there to hear their talk and see them. I am sure everyone enjoyed their presentation. John and Teri came to Kelowna from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan to visit her parents, Roland and Carol Stickle. They have great knowledge of Biblical subjects and we appreciated them sharing in Orchard City SDA church.

Thanks Glenda for your diligent endeavors to keep us all up to date. It was rather fun to see a comment on an earlier post from a g'friend of mine who lives in Ontario.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the pictures! They help us notice new-to-us faces (especially of the children) that are so blessing our congregation. Pictures leave a lasting memory. Our inclusive efforts (such as special music, and both children's song time and children's story time) really help make people a part of our church and I am sure helps to draw them back to our fellowship. Maybe a few pictures once in a while from our fellowship meals, especially of new faces, would interest everyone.
